With over 50 classes each week, we offer something for every health and fitness goal. From strength and hypertrophy training to high-intensity workouts, TRX suspension, boxing, Pilates, and yoga—we’ve got it all. Plus, we provide a range of female-specific classes and have a dedicated MumSafe trainer on site, ensuring tailored support for women at all stages of life.
