Located in Murray Bridge, just an hour from Adelaide, our gym is more than just a fitness space—it’s a vibrant community where real results and genuine support come together.
With over 50 classes each week, we offer something for every health and fitness goal. From strength and hypertrophy training to high-intensity workouts, TRX suspension, boxing, Pilates, and yoga—we’ve got it all. Plus, we provide a range of female-specific classes and have a dedicated MumSafe trainer on site, ensuring tailored support for women at all stages of life.

I was born and bred in Murray Bridge and in 2014 having spent a number of years in Townsville I moved back with the dream to bring a difference to the area not only by transforming lives but to bring a real sense of community and somewhere that felt like home for everyone that came to UPFN. Having changed my life around by losing over 50kg I wanted to help others do the same. My passion is exactly that, wanting to bring the best out of everyone that comes to Ultimate Performance and to help as many people as I can, not just changing their lives but learn the process of it along the way and what works best for them. It’s not all about physical results for me, but seeing people grow as people in so many ways is what excites just as much and the connections people make with others at UPFN is unreal to watch. The ‘second home’ feeling is what it’s all about and I’m proud that the atmosphere created not just by myself and my team but everyone at UPFN is what it is today. Being able to relate to everyone that comes in whether it’s overweight people and all the mental and physical challenges that go with it, or fitness and sports performance is what sets me and the team apart in the area.
I am lucky to be married to Amy who is also one of our very passionate and amazing trainers. And with Myself, Amy and fellow team members Kate and Sally I am confident we have the best team to help anyone in the Murraylands for whatever goal they desire.

Amy
I have over 10 years industry experience and specialise in TRX Suspension Training and Women’s Wellbeing and health.
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer who is also our qualified MumSafe Trainer in the area.
I’m passionate about empowering women and letting them know that they can work out in a safe environment under a fully qualified trainer specific to women’s health. My dedication to knowledge and education drives me to continuously enhance my skills. I have helped guide many women of all ages, ranging from teenage years through to pre and postnatal and beyond navigating menopause. Safely and effectively reaching their health and wellness goals. If a situation arises that falls outside of my scope of practice, I collaborate closely with the appropriate health practitioner to provide the best care possible.
I have established a partnership with a Pelvic Health Physio, Physio on sight and many other health practitioners to ensure that my clients receive the best possible care for their unique bodies, both before, during and after pregnancy and beyond. Beginning my journey in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer at a large gym, I quickly found myself delivering numerous PT sessions and classes each week. Having experienced the changes that occur in our bodies during and after pregnancy with my eldest son, I understood firsthand the challenges of reframing our body image and mindset. Our lifestyle and hormones playing a huge part in how our bodies can react or not react with nutrition and exercise. This led me to pursue additional education in Pre & Postnatal fitness and in additional women’s health conditions and training and nutrition around them.
About a year after obtaining my initial Personal Training certification, I realised that the standard fitness certifications did not adequately cover the needs of this specific demographic. I wanted to ensure I had the knowledge and expertise to work with them confidently. Fast forward to now, over 10 years later I have a deep-rooted passion for helping women become their healthiest version. Mind, Body and Soul. This will look different for every single woman, it could be coaching through a healthier mindset to allow her to heal pathways to move forward with her fitness and strength training. It may be education around healing their relationship with food and exercise. Everyone has such different health and wellness goals, it’s my vision to help every woman navigate every season of her life with confidence that she has the knowledge to create longevity. To love the person she is, inside and out regardless of social expectations in today’s society.

Kenisha
Kenisha holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from the University of South Australia and a Masters of Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia. Throughout her bachelor’s and masters degrees she gained experience in Strength & Conditioning coaching at a number of sporting clubs and on site at Uni.
Fast forward to today she has been a Strength & Conditioning coach for 4 years. She is the number 1 go to for all things Strength & Conditioning but is also sought out and locked in for Football and Netball Preseason and in season training programs.
Co-owner with Luke & Amy of Murraylands Performance Recovery! You will see her behind the service desk and helping you with your recovery needs too!

“My passion for this field has come from her heavy involvement in sport from a young age. I have been playing Basketball and Netball since I was 7 years old. Since then I have competed for South Australia in basketball for 5 years at State and National competitions. Throughout these years of my life is where I grew a passion for working hard to reach my goals in training and performance. Whilst I continue to play netball, I have been using my knowledge and experience to help others improve their performance.
As a Strength & Conditioning coach my main aim is to create individualised programs or team-based focus sessions that work to improve sports performance, athletic development, general health, and fitness and prevent injury. I’m excited to bring Strength & conditioning classes as a part of your journey here at the gym!

Fitness was not always part of my plan—until I started at Ultimate Performance and discovered how much I loved it! Once I found my rhythm, I realised I wasn’t half bad at it, and I kept going, even through pregnancy.
I’ve always wanted to help people, but it wasn’t until I joined the fitness world that I found my true calling. Now, as a mum of two, I love setting an example for my kids—they even enjoy joining in when I train! My husband is my biggest supporter, always pushing me to grow and cheering me on through every challenge.
Fun fact: I grew up racing cars, so I know my way around changing a tyre or two! If you’re up for it, maybe I’ll even turn it into a class one day. 😉

Hi, I’m Hayley! As the youngest trainer at Ultimate Performance, I bring energy and enthusiasm to every class. My focus is on keeping you motivated, ensuring you work out safely, and helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
I completed my Cert III in Fitness in 2024 with a strong desire to give back to my community. For me, fitness isn’t just about hitting the gym or chasing big milestones—it’s about feeling strong, connected, and becoming the best version of yourself.
Growing up playing netball, I developed confidence and resilience through teamwork and goal-setting. Those experiences shaped my belief that fitness is about more than just personal bests or victories; it’s about finding a sense of belonging and support.
That’s what I love about being part of the Ultimate Performance family—helping others feel empowered and connected through fitness. I can’t wait to guide you on your journey and cheer you on every step of the way!

Hi, I’m Paegan! Many of you already know me as the friendly face sweating it out alongside you in class.
A few years ago, I made Murray Bridge my home after living in Adelaide, and I’ve been immersed in the fitness community here ever since. My journey started with a background supporting individuals with disabilities and mobility challenges in physiotherapy and occupational therapy settings. This inspired me to complete my Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance, where I developed a passion for rehabilitation and fitness.
Group fitness has always been my outlet—a way to de-stress and recharge. But it wasn’t until I walked into Amy’s TRX Studio (now Ultimate Performance) that my passion truly ignited. The incredible atmosphere, the focus on both fitness and nutrition, and the support of my amazing mentor, Amy, have shaped my journey.
I’ve since achieved my Cert III and IV in Fitness, and while personal training may be in my future, my current passion lies in teaching group fitness classes. I’m here to guide and support you in achieving your goals while bringing energy and encouragement to every session. I can’t wait to see you in class!
